Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within ASAP.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops at BEAUTYFLY receives the following guarantees:
- full refund if you don’t receive your order;
- full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (10 business days within Australia or 25 days international not including 2-5 business days processing);
- full or partial refund if the item is not as described;
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
You can return products to us within 14 days of your purchase for a replacement or full refund.
For health and safety reasons, we accept the return of unused items in its original packing including any free gifts that you received with the order.
Any damaged products will be replaced when reported within 5 days of receiving.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
